Lechon Belly

The cooking technique is similar to the traditional Cebu lechon, which is famous all over the Philippines. The difference is that the Lechon Belly is a boneless lechon because a whole pork belly is deboned and spiced up with the traditional lechon spices. This all-meat lechon is highly cost-effective, and you get to eat the best part of the lechon which would include the crispy skin along with its juicy meat.
